Caution

A 300 € caution (cash or check) will be requested on arrival (not cashed in bank)

Charge for cleaning

We kindly ask you to leave the gite as clean as you find it. If cleaning OK, there won't be any charges. On the contrary, 40 € bill will be taken on deposit.

Deposit

A deposit of 50 % of the final amount will be asked.

Early cancellation: only 10 € charge (= bank fees) invoiced if reservation is cancelled at least 8 weeks before date of arrival.

Cancellation fees

Cancellation between 8 weeks and 4 weeks before date of arrival : total deposit is due Cancellation less than 4 weeks before date of arrival: total amount is duie (wich means taht every reservation done less than 4 weeks before date of arrival will be totally paid during the request.

Amount of the balance

If payment by card or transfert, total amount will be requested one month before arrival.

If payment cash,the amount of the balance will be required on the day of arrival
